From Idea to Sketch
It all starts with an idea. Inspiration is translated into a sketch – hand-drawn or created in a digital design tool. This defines the dimensions, shape, and details of the future piece.
3D Modeling and Casting
After the design is finalized, a 3D model is created to visualize the piece precisely. Then comes one of the oldest techniques – casting. A wax model is inserted into a mold, melted out, and replaced with silver.
Hand Finishing: Where Magic Happens
Once the metal cools and the mold is removed, the piece enters the finishing phase. Hand polishing, refining, and detail work – such as adding zircons or engravings – transform the raw cast into a soulful piece.
